Return & Refund Policy

At Clinica Cabrera, we provide professional telehealth medical services. Because we do not sell physical products, there are no product returns. This policy explains when refunds may or may not be available for appointments and medical consultations.

No Returns

Clinica Cabrera provides healthcare services only. As no physical goods are sold, returns are not applicable.

Refund Policy

Payments made for telehealth consultations reserve provider time and cover professional medical evaluation.

• Once an appointment has been booked, consultation fees are generally non-refundable.
• A completed medical consultation is non-refundable, regardless of whether a prescription is issued, treatment is recommended, or the patient chooses not to follow the provider’s recommendations.
• Payment covers the medical evaluation and clinical judgment of the healthcare provider, not a guarantee of a specific diagnosis, prescription, or treatment outcome.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Clinica Cabrera may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit or reschedule an appointment when sufficient notice is provided before the scheduled visit. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund.

When a Refund May Be Issued

Refunds may be issued in limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• A technical error that prevents the consultation from taking place and cannot be reasonably resolved.
• The appointment is canceled by Clinica Cabrera and cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
• Any other circumstance where Clinica Cabrera determines that a refund is appropriate.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Prescription Medications

Consultation fees do not include the cost of prescription medications unless explicitly stated. Prescription costs paid to a pharmacy are subject to the pharmacy’s own refund policies and cannot be refunded by Clinica Cabrera.
